A1 Beta Casein protein comes from the Foreign Cow Breads like HF, Jersey, British Shorthorn etc., whereas A2 Beta Casein protein produced by Indian Desi Cow breads such as Ghir, Kankrej, Sahiwal, Malnad Gidda etc.,
All our ancestors historically consumed the A2 Beta casein which is produced by Indian Desi Cows, and they were able to survive more than 100+ years on the earth without any chronic diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Heart attacks, etc.,
A2 Milk is easiest to digest and absorb compared to other Milk available in the world. By this healthiest properties, A2 milk has earned the best place in their consumer’s diet.
Milk is a good source of Protein. There are 2 major types of protein available in milk i.e., Casein and Whey.
Casein holds 80 percent of the protein part of Cow’s Milk. Among the caseins, beta casein is the second most abundant protein and has excellent nutritional balance of amino acids.
Beta Casein has 2 different variants such as A1 and A2 Beta Caseins.
